Step-by-Step Installation Guide for TD75 Universal Belt Conveyor

Detailed Installation Steps & Operating Procedures:

Mark Centerline & Position

Locate the central axis on the ground and confirm the equipment placement.

Assemble Frame Structure

Connect the tail frame with intermediate frames.

Secure leg angle irons and bolt the support legs of intermediate sections.

Fix Intermediate Frames

Use connecting plates to join and stabilize intermediate frames.

Anchor to Foundation

Drill holes in the base according to the leg baseplate holes, then secure with expansion bolts.

Install Lower Idlers

Mount bottom (return) idlers in advance.

Lay Conveyor Belt

Spread the belt flat over the lower idlers.

Mount Drive & Tail Pulleys

Install the motorized drum on the head frame and the tail pulley on the tail frame.

Upper Idlers & Belt Tensioning

Install troughing idlers and adjust the screw take-up device to align/tension the belt.

Attach Cleaning Components

Install the head scraper, secondary (empty-section) cleaner, and hold-down wheels; ensure proper contact.

Check Fasteners

Inspect all bolts and mechanical fasteners for tightness.

Test Run

Conduct no-load operation trials. Only proceed to formal use after successful testing.
