The idler assembly consists of an idler and an idler frame, serving as the component that supports the conveyor belt and the material carried upon it. It is categorized into seven types.

Trough roller assemblies, forward-inclined trough roller assemblies, cushion roller assemblies, upper self-aligning roller assemblies, lower self-aligning roller assemblies, parallel roller assemblies, and forward-inclined V-shaped lower roller assemblies. The roller structures of each assembly feature lightweight design, low operational resistance, excellent sealing properties, and extended service life.

I. Trough Roller Assemblies and Forward-Inclined Trough Roller Assemblies

Both types consist of three-section rollers, featuring common structural configurations and installation methods.

The forward-inclined trough roller prevents belt deviation and is used for unidirectional conveyor belts. During installation, its inclination direction must align with the belt’s running direction.

II. Shock-Absorbing Roller Assemblies

Shock-absorbing assemblies feature rubber ring designs and comprise three-section rollers, sharing the same structural configuration as trough roller assemblies.

Installed in the material receiving section, these assemblies reduce material impact forces.

III. Upper and Lower Self-Aligning Roller Assemblies

The upper self-aligning roller assembly comprises three rollers: two tapered rollers and one flat roller.

The lower self-aligning roller assembly consists of two tapered rollers. Self-aligning rollers prevent conveyor belt deviation.

IV. Lower Roller Assembly

The lower roller assembly includes parallel rollers and V-shaped forward-inclined rollers. Installed beneath the center frame, it supports the lower conveyor belt.
