TD75 belt conveyor is a universal series of products with unified design in China, its main parameters and performance are in line with ISO international standards, and it can be used to convey materials by single or multi-machine conveying system. It can convey all kinds of bulk materials and finished goods with the density of 500～2500Kg/m3.

TD75 belt conveyor is a general-purpose belt conveyor, conveying all kinds of lumpy, granular and other bulk materials with the specific gravity of 5-25 tons/m, and it can also be used for conveying piece goods.

TD75 belt conveyor has six types of belt width: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400 mm.

There are two kinds of conveyor belts for TD75 belt conveyor: ordinary rubber belt. It is suitable for the working environment temperature between -15C~+40C, when conveying materials with acid, alkali, oil substances and organic solvents, it is necessary to use oil-resistant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant rubber belts or plastic belts. It can be used for horizontal or inclined conveying, detailed calculation should be considered separately.

The temperature of the delivered materials is less than 60℃. The length and assembly form can be determined according to the user’s requirements, and the drive can be used as electric roller or drive device with drive frame.
