3. The power cable is connected normally and there is no looseness.
4. The drum is not broken and the keys are not loose. The rubber layer of the rubber surface roller is closely attached to the surface of the roller, and there should be no delamination or cracks.
5. The rollers are complete, flexible in rotation, no abnormal noise, no jamming phenomenon, and regular refueling. The abrasion amount of the rubber layer on the surface of the buffer roller shall not exceed 1/2 of the original thickness.
6. There is no welding and deformation of the nose frame, tail frame and tensioning device. The tail frame sliding shoe should be flat and the connection is tight.
7. The middle frame is straight without welding, the hanging rope (the upper lifting width should be larger than the lower width), the frame is complete, the fixing is reliable, and there is no serious corrosion.
8. The joint clip is firm and flat, and the vulcanized joint has no cracks, bubbling and broken edges.
9. The conveyor belt does not slip during operation, the upper conveyor belt does not exceed the edge of the drum and idler, and the lower conveyor belt does not rub against the frame.
10. The adjustment margin of the tensioning device is not less than 1/5 of the full adjustment stroke, and the telescopic traction trolley is not less than 17 meters.
11. The transmission rods of the braking device are flexible and reliable, and the shafts are not loose or lack of oil. There is no oil trace on the surface of the brake wheel, and the hydraulic system does not leak oil.
12. When the brake is released, the gap of the brake shoe is not more than 2mm; when braking, the brake shoe and brake wheel are in close contact, and the effective contact area is not less than 60%, and the braking is reliable.
13. Speed ​​protection, anti-slip, anti-deviation, belt break, full warehouse and other protection devices are complete, sensitive and reliable.
14. When two or more belt conveyors are connected in series, an interlocking device should be installed. Signal devices must have both sound and light, clear and reliable.
