Mining Belt Conveyor Product Parameters Specifications

Mining belt conveyor has many product parameters and specifications, generally conveying materials are mainly heavy materials, such as mineral powder, slag, coal, petroleum coke, sludge, construction solid waste, aquatic grass waste, biomass particles, waste cloth and so on belong to industrial materials.
Here are some common parameters and their ranges:

Tape width: usually 500mm, 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1600mm, 1800mm and other specifications.

Conveying speed: usually between 1.0 – 3.15m/s, commonly used speed is 1.25 – 2.0m/s.

Conveying capacity: it varies according to the width of the tape and the conveying speed, and the conveying capacity can reach up to 3000t/h. The larger the belt width and the longer the length, the larger the conveying capacity.
Conveying distance: The length of ordinary trough belt conveyor can reach 500 meters or longer. In some special occasions, such as the need for large angle lifting, or space constraints can also be used in the scene of large inclined belt conveyor, can meet the 90 degrees within the inclined angle of any angle of the material, to meet the different requirements of conveying, vertical lifting height of up to 90 meters.

Motor power: from 3-1000kW, the motor power is also divided into single motor, double motor, three motor or even four motor drive.

Inclined angle: the inclined angle of common trough belt conveyor is generally controlled within 30 degrees, while the large inclined angle belt conveyor can realize 90 degrees of vertical lifting.
Working temperature: the ambient temperature is generally required to be within the range of – 20℃ to + 40℃, and the temperature of conveyed materials should be controlled below 50℃.
