Where belt conveyors are prone to price differences

Belt conveyor as coal washing plant, power plant, chemical industry, building materials and other industrial areas of one of the important conveying equipment, the price of each procurement has become a “problem”.

First of all, procurement needs to consider the cost of expenditure, budget and so on. But the price difference between the various manufacturers is particularly large, so how to know the price difference, what are the main aspects? This is not to tell you well!
1. Belt machine bracket structure: several channel steel, several angle steel, bracket structure design form.

2. Belt machine parts type: conveyor belt thickness, conveyor belt material, whether the roller is rubberized, the number of rollers, the number of stop stick and so on.

3. Belt machine driving part: motor brand, reducer brand, drum motor or external motor, power size, whether explosion-proof and so on.
Belt conveyor according to the site conveying requirements, there will be different models to choose from, the structure of the difference is also large, so it affects the belt conveyor price. For example, below 30 degrees – choose trough belt conveyor mostly; above 30 degrees – choose large inclination belt conveyor; multi-point discharge choose reversible bin belt conveyor or fabric/unloading trolley belt conveyor and DY mobile belt conveyor.

In fact, the price difference mainly depends on the demand, but also depends on the other manufacturer’s technical design. If you want to compare quotes, do not put the field to see the factory or check the past equipment structure of the manufacturer, whether it is your site is  need, or you can take the same drawing for multiple inquiries, so that you can get a relatively accurate market price, more conducive to your choice and judgment!
