Penetrating scratches are caused by falling from a certain height, and under the influence of gravity, the sharp end penetrates the belt and gets stuck on the chute or rollers, resulting in tearing.

1, active prevention of tearing: you can strengthen the control of material quality, increase the removal of impurities in the equipment, reduce the large pieces of material into the conveying system.

2、 Increase the passing capacity of the chute: under the premise that the width of the chute is determined by the width of the belt, expand the exit of the chute upward and try to increase its passing capacity.

3, improve the structure of the belt itself: improve the airtightness of the belt, to prevent the core layer of water, corrosion of steel wire rope, require manufacturers to strengthen quality control and other issues to improve quality.
