The centering roller is the ideal deviation correction equipment to solve the non-designed and manufactured reasons of belt conveyor’s deviation. The bracket is mounted on the center pivot which is approximately perpendicular to the conveyor belt. The device enables the carrier rollers to be deflected relative to the center of the conveyor. When the conveyor belt runs along these skewed rollers, the skewed rollers force the deflected conveyor belt to return to the centerline of the conveyor, at which time the skewed rollers are pushed back to the normal position. Aligning rollers are used to adjust the lateral position of the belt to avoid deflection. The external dimensions are the same as those of ordinary rollers, so there is no need to make any changes to the roller bracket and other parts, and it is very convenient to use.
